These terms govern your use of the Sauce & Shine Mobile Detailing website and booking services. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms.

Booking & Appointments

Submitting a request through our booking flow is a request for an appointment, not a guaranteed confirmed booking. We’ll contact you to confirm your appointment details, availability, and any deposit required before your service is finalized.

Service Area

We provide mobile car detailing services within Tampa Bay & Sun City Center, FL. Service outside this area may not be available or may require additional arrangement.

Shine Rewards & VIP Membership

Shine Rewards points and VIP Membership benefits are offered at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.

Vehicle Condition

You’re responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage, aftermarket modifications, or fragile components before service begins. We perform a vehicle condition inspection and before/after photos with every appointment.

Pricing & Payment

Prices shown on our website are starting prices and may vary based on your vehicle’s size and condition. Final pricing will be confirmed before service.

Limitation of Liability

We take care with every vehicle we service, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues arising from undisclosed vehicle conditions.
